We also deal with Short Assured Tenancy Agreements for your tenanted property and can advise on requirements for Landlord Registration and (HMO) House in Multiple Occupancy legislation.

Mr Cannon specialises in aviation law, including advising airlines and aviation concerns, acting for crew or passengers. Having been a pilot himself for over 40 years and having managed an airline, and been a director of others, he knows the industry inside out. He can also carry out the purchase, sale and mortgaging of aircraft.
