We are well known for punching above our weight in civil court litigation. We act for pursuers and defenders in all types of civil court actions and offer expert advice and representation to protect our clients’ interests at all times.
We also act for private clients in respect of road traffic matters and criminal law.
Wills, Estate Administration and Executory
We can assist you with preparing a will and effective planning of your estate to minimise inheritance tax liability. We can act to administer a deceased’s estate, deal with winding-up affairs, gather and distribute estate funds and prepare deeds such as a Power of Attorney.
We provide comprehensive legal advice and representation on all aspects of employment law to both employers and employees.
We advise and act for clients in a wide range of licensing matters, including alcohol licensing.
Frank Cannon specialises in aviation law, including advising airlines and aviation concerns, acting for crew or passengers. He will represent such interests at Inquiries, and in claims for death, injury or merely cancellation or delay of flights. Having been a pilot himself for over 40 years and having managed an airline, and been a director of others, he knows the industry inside out. He can also carry out the purchase, sale and mortgaging of aircraft.
